"Terrible place. lazy, unprofessional and rude workers. First of all they can’t help me with my tire service about 24 hr. Workers played with time. Every few hours come other mechanics and asked the same questions. Also the mechanics was very rude, he pretended that he didn’t understand my English and said something racist to me."

"One of the worst TA’s! Seriously! Every 2-3 weeks we stop in here on our California route from Michigan & nothing ever changes. That pop/ice machine has been out since the end of last summer!!! If not longer No joke! & have been told every single time we’re here that it’s supposed to get fixed? Yeah ok! Bathrooms are always grosse! The floors throughout never look swept let alone mopped! The counters change every time, sometimes they’re wiped & sometimes it’s as bad as floors which is why we stopped buying food from here. If I’ve learned anything through the years its that clean store & bathrooms=clean & properly taken care of ‘foods’… You definitely don’t look out for drivers. - I’ve posted piks in past of store & bathrooms but it never matters anyways…"

"This sounds incredibly frustrating. On Thursday 1/4/24 Stopped at this truck stop to get diesel like usual and it’s not my first time, I know the pumps are slow and it’s nasty but it’s cheaper than other places, it was 31 degrees outside. Put the hose in the tanks and started pumping, Jumped in my cab to stay warm, meanwhile, I was watching the digital screen at the pump on the driver's side. I noticed that the pump on the passenger side did not shut off when my tank was full, causing diesel to spill onto the floor. I lost a significant amount of fuel, which was upsetting. Went inside the store and saw the cashier about what happened, She informed me that they had been experiencing problems with the pumps, and technicians had been there earlier that day to fix them. During my conversation, the supervisor was present, but he ignored the situation and went into his room to get Lottery tickets. I waited outside for the supervisor for 42 minutes to explain what happened, but when he finally showed up, he refused to listen to me and blamed me for not attending to the hose. He did not apologize for the issue or take responsibility for not fixing the hoses properly. He even said that they would not refund me, even though I didn't ask for one. I became frustrated and raised my voice to explain that I was not there for a refund, but to ensure that the pumps were fixed properly for the safety of everyone. It's important for the head management of the truck stop to be aware of the situation and the supervisor's behavior. If the pumps are not fixed properly, it could lead to a dangerous situation for everyone involved. Finally, after figuring out that I was talking to someone who was not human, I left the store and started driving on my way."

"One of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest TAs with age that I have been to. Ashley, a super friendly professional behind the fuel desk was very hospitable and made this TA look fantastic! Kudos to you Good job!! The showers are nicely appointed. Linens hung with a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Definitely one of the cleanest that I've been to in a while!!! Many won't say it but we thank you for doing a good job. We know a lot of this is thankless work but it does not go unnoticed."

"This travel center is a good place to stop for the night in your truck or RV. The center itself has a store area, a small lounge, laundry machines, and showers. The private shower rooms were very clean and included all the basics. The attendant even gave our party an extra shower room free of charge. This center is quite basic and you shouldn’t expect any extras, but it certainly gets the job done. I had a positive experience overall and I give this travel center my recommendation."
