"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I came in at 7pm to shop, and their gate was locked. This was surprising, so i looked up the store, andir clearly states this store is open until 8pm EVERY day except Sun. No employees were even inside the store, so i simply left after driving over half an hour to 1 of the only 2 Spencers in Colorado. i will NEVER BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!! so disappointing :("

"Are you looking for poor quality junk? This is the place. If for any reason you need to contact customer service, you’ll be disappointed. They don’t have any. Perhaps they’re just bots that tell you they can offer you a 20% discount off of more of their junk. They don’t actually address your concerns, so it might just be laziness. I’m happy to give them one star because the person that helped me in-store was very nice, patient and informative."
