"Went to the Coach at the Mills mall in Lakewood Colo, a young man telling everyone the store was closing at 8. I told him the e website said 9pm. I asked who the manager was he said he was. "Wrong Choice". I asked him the name above him he said their was no one above him. I asked him for his name. He asked me why?? He was randomly turning people down, which is not good. Al together he turned 8 customers down."
