"I went in to sell some good and scrap gold and sterling silver and I had large bags that they said they would have to sift through. They never told me it would cost over $100/hr in labor costs. All in all I was offered a total of $443 for over 500g of silver, 15g of 14k, 7g of 10k and 5g of 18k gold!!! What a rip-off. So when I told them no I want my items they said I owed them $300 in labor costs. I actually PAID them with all of my sterling silver I took in and put an additional $138 on my credit card so the whole transaction actually cost me money when I went in to SELL FOR MONEY. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a jeweler or dealer. Beware."
