"LOVE Kendra Scott. That said, my cousin and I came to cherry creek for happy hour then to pick out our birthday pieces. Only to find out that they close 2-3 hours before the mall as well as many shoppes around. Our perspective is that staying open later Wednesday - Saturday after people have been happy houring will provide an increase in sales. Bummed."

"My boyfriend and I went into this location to purchase a necklace I have been wanting. Apart from the two ladies working, the store was empty. My boyfriend and I waited for about 15 minutes before someone asked if we had any questions. No one had greeted us when we walked in or asked if we needed help. As someone who has worked in retail, that is incredibly rude. In retail you should greet the customers immediately. The staff was rude. I have had positive experiences here but today really disappointed me."

I went once to look around then booked a more formal appointment to come with my mother several weeks later. The ladies there were prepared for us and had champagne and it was awesome!
