"Subject: Disappointing Experience with Brilliant Earth - Diamonds Falling Out of Ring - Secret Halo In 09/2022 my fiancé purchased an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The quality of their products, particularly in terms of durability and craftsmanship, has left me questioning the integrity of their jewelry. Within just a few months of wearing the ring, I noticed that a diamond had fallen out. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in what was supposed to be a symbol of lasting love and commitment. After we got married (09/2023), we sent my ring back to replace yet ANOTHER diamond and for it to be soldered. They had my ring for two months before telling me that it could not be soldered. I have had my ring back for about 2 months and am already missing two more diamonds. It's clear to me now that Brilliant Earth prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. The quality control on their products is evidently lacking, and their customer service does little to rectify the situation. I am deeply disappointed with my purchase and regret choosing Brilliant Earth for such an important and sentimental piece of jewelry. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before making a purchase from Brilliant Earth. There are numerous other reputable jewelers who prioritize quality and customer satisfaction over mere marketing claims. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration I have experienced by looking elsewhere for your jewelry needs."

"I was wrong to trust this 20-year-old company with $11,000 for a lifetime engagement ring and wedding band. Out of the box, the prongs slightly snagged and I assured myself the company would stand by its customers and quality. However, barely a year after receiving this gorgeous engagement ring, an accent diamond FELL OUT! Now what am I supposed to do since Brilliant Earth says that's not grounds for warranty?"
