"Easily the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had shopping! I don’t know even where to begin. Let’s start from the beginning, so I had to order a replacement engagement ring because my wife had the misfortune of flushing hers down the toilet. That’s not even the worst part of this story. In the process of ordering a replacement the representative (via text)lost the replacement ring we ordered so I had to call the store to actually get it straightened out, to their credit, they admitted it was a mistake. After I get that sorted I had a different representative help me and I “paid” for the rings. Well it turns out you do an authorization hold and you don’t actually charge the card until pick up. That fact wasn’t communicated to me. Because of that my bank account was $4000 in the negative. I’ll own there’s a chance maybe I didn’t hear the representative so there’s a potential for human error. I know that amount of money means nothing to you because that’s just change because you work in “luxury” but it’s a lot to someone like me. Needless to say I was a bit upset so I had to call your customer service line and I had what I can only describe as the most horrible person I’ve ever dealt with. I got told “that’s not Tiffany’s problem sir” in effect “sucks to suck”. I admit I was heated but that’s no excuse for her not caring. She also said her supervisor would call me back. They never called me but they did call my wife. Ive yet to receive a basic acknowledgement much less an apology for that individual I spoke to around 9am mst on Saturday 2/3. My grandfather is on his deathbed and somehow your representative managed to be a worse part of my day. Tiffany as a “luxury” brand means nothing, your staff and brand are hot garbage. If I ever meet anyone in my circle stupid enough to trust your company I will pay them NOT to shop with you. That is how bad my experience was…"
"I want to thank Ms Georgina (manager) and most especially Ms Lauren ( my client advisor) for all their assistance. I was gifted a beautiful ring tho it wasn’t originally exactly what I wanted . They went above and beyond to make sure I loved and was happy with the piece I was going home with. Thank you for the continued amazing Tiffany experience. Ask for Ms Lauren - she will always take care of you ."
"I'd like to start out by saying that I will NEVER shop at Tiffany after this experience. The customer service level is some of the worst I'd ever been subject too along with the store not meeting confirmed timeframes, which for a surprise gift is extremely important. I bought my husband a 30th Birthday gift from this location & the whole process has been terrible. Our rep Lilly was extremely helpful but nonetheless I wanted to warn others from wasting their money. I ordered my husbands gift on the 12/19/23, throughout the engagement with the store they guaranteed me the gift would be ready by Jan 4th, or the very very latest the 5th of Jan. The store did receive the gift on Jan 5th but our engravings were not correct which meant they had to start the whole process all over again. This means we missed my husbands birthday (the whole reason I bought the gift) After receiving the gift almost 3 weeks later he decided he wanted to exchange the item. He went into the store & was dealt with in such a poor manner, the lady he spoke with said there's nothing they can do & was told to leave. He then called the manager to ask if there was anything that they could do as its not the norm to return gifts but seems the store missed the guaranteed deadline maybe something could be worked out. The manager said that its extremely common for engravings to be incorrect & it has even happened to her multiple times. Thats the first MASSIVE red flag. The next issue is that when my husband spoke about the reason why the gift was bought & the whole purpose of getting the gift was for his birthday (please bear in mind the store guaranteed the dates would be met multiple times) She said that isn't their issue & that she "Can't turn back time" Again, extremely rude. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy jewelry to go elsewhere. You'll pay very high prices for poor quality products & the store doesn't seem to care about their clients at any point."
"The customer service over the phone is delightful and so very helpful. However the customer service in person is awful and down right humiliating. I went to get my bracelet fixed and was wanting to buy another bracelet, and every associate just kept saying to go to the next counter, not giving me the time of day. Not a single person was trying to help, so I left. Literally the only two people who were helpful and nice were the doorman, and the lady who helped me with my bracelet. Honestly this particular Tiffany's needs a lesson or two on customer service."
"Terrible customer service. My husband bought me a bracelet and we were going to exchange it for another piece of jewelry but not one person greeted us and then finally after waiting for about 15 minutes a lady came over to us. I ended just returning it due to this. At that point, we decided to go elsewhere. This is not a location to buy from."
