I was initially given an ETA of an hour which was concerning because it was approaching sunset and I found myself in a not so great/safe area after getting a flat. But Jeremy arrived around 20-25 minutes. Once he arrived, he was able to look at my tire and give me some advice based on his experience. He suggested taking the car to a tire shop rather than home to save on needing an extra tow or having to heft the tire to the shop later. His efficiency, kindness, and professionalism made such a difference."
