"Unfortunately, we experienced not only an inaccurate assessment of our plumbing issue but also dealt with poor customer service here! The plumber who provided us with an incredibly high quote told us we had galvanized pipes that would need to be entirely replaced from our house to the main line. We were lucky enough to have our inspector come back - along with a different plumber - to confirm the pipes were copper and didn't need replaced. The difference is obvious to anyone who knows anything about metal and this gave us very little confidence in the rest of the assessment. When we reached out to request even just a partial refund for bad intel (cost to send someone was $125) they continued to tell us that someone would call us back or they needed invoices from the company that did the work - despite our issue being the bad intel and the fact that we sent a video report from our inspector who showed that the pipes were indeed copper, not galvanized. Most other local plumbers offer a free quote/assessment and we've found others who are clearly better trained so avoid anywhere rooter if you're in the area!"

"They were quick to show up for an urgent call out but could not remedy my clogged drain. They quoted an expensive repair and stated that a 50% deposit was needed to get on their schedule. I canceled their services after they no call no showed both days they told me they were coming but they felt obligated to keep the 25% cancellation fee. My requests for refund went ignored. Had my bank dispute the claim and I was refunded in full minus the original call out fee."

"It was an evening appointment, and George just left my home. When he arrived, he went right to work and didn’t stop until both jobs were done. He was both efficient and polite. George checked out both installations making sure everything was working as they should, then went to clean up before he left. This says a great deal about the kind of person he is… Although it was a later appointment, he was more concerned about me being inconvenienced than for himself getting done so he could get done and get out.
