"Pulled into the Springs from AZ, parked my rig and my pipes were frozen and spurting water everywhere from my connection to rig. Contacted a few Mobile RV companies and they all told me they were weeks out and could not help me OR No one called me back, at all!! Called and spoke with ASAP RV, told them my issue and Eddie came RIGHT out to help me knowing the severity of what I was going through. Wow, talk about customer service, so pleasant and HONEST!!!! He came 4 days in a row to help me in my time of need and got my pipes unfrozen, cleaned, and checked so many water fittings on on my RV.
