"I have used this garage for service for years and been thoroughly satisfied. On this occasion we had work to be done and their schedule was busy. They told me to drop it off and they would try to squeeze me in. They were not able to squeeze me in and did not communicate that. They also did not make a backup appointment. After several phone calls, no work was done. I picked up my vehicle and took it elsewhere after 6 weeks. There was a hailstorm at the location in the interim. They did not notify me that my vehicle was severely impacted. I'm frustrated at this terrible customer service and really bummed out that I no longer have a group of mechanics that I can recommend. All communication was initiated by me. It's one of the most basic parts of good customer service."
