"I had to take my Dyson Animal 2 in since the rollers stopped working. It made the vacuum pretty much unusable. I brought it in to get it looked at. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a brand new brush roller. The man working at the service center was incredibly nice as well. My vacuum works better than when I bought it new, and it was completely covered under the Dyson warranty. Really happy I found this place and Dyson has a customer for life now."
