"Ramiro Garcilazo provided an excellent inspection and review of our heating system. He advised of areas to watch out for in the future. The thorough inspection included videos of the heat exchanger and burners exposing signs of rust. He also discovered that the condensate overflow had had some water in it. Perhaps more importantly he checked the gas pressure going to the burners. The pressure was almost twice the recommended value, explaining one cause of the rust. He adjusted the gas pressure to specifications, improving performance and probably reducing our heating bills significantly. He also showed us that the ducts were quite dirty and would need a cleaning. Overall he was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed during the entire inspection."
