"I was lucky enough to have worked with Tobie, of Repair IT Services. I came to Tobie with complex computer problems, both hardware and software issues. Tobie may have been the second or third IT service that I contacted as no other company was able to figure out my computer problems. He was able to provide me with a diagnostics test within one business day after I dropped my computer at his office. He then contacted me and discussed my options before he proceed to perform any services. His rates were extremely reasonable and appropriate and the turnaround was impressive. Tobie and I have worked on a number of computer issues over a 3-6 month period. There was only one instance, of many, that my computer was returned to me and the problem persisted. Tobie met me on a Sunday to retrieve the parts and fix the necessary issues basically free of charge. Also, I've noticed that another Google Reviewer wrote that there is no office at listed location. I can confirm, from personal experience, that the office listed on Google is correct. Head up to the 11th floor co-working space and you will find the RepairIT Service office. I find this convenient as I am able to drop of my computer during normal business hours. This saves costs from in-home services and any other transportation costs. I have recommended all my peers, friends and colleagues to this service and I felt obligated to write a Google review due to its exceptional service. I will not be taking any IT related issues to any other provider than RepairIT."
