"Tech started job without necessary parts to complete broken spring replacement. Had to cut through fire resistant drywall to temporarily allow use of garage until job could be completed. Tech returned next day to complete the job but did NOT repair hole in drywall. When company was contacted they made 2 appointments to repair drywall but tech never showed and does not respond to calls or text messages requesting updates or to reschedule. Poor customer services but my issue was resolved to my satisfaction shortly after my original post."

Contacting the owner revealed an excuse about a two-hour trip and a shortage of manpower, which should have been communicated well in advance rather than leaving customers hanging. Promises were made to explore options and a commitment to a follow-up call at 3:30, which never materialized. "Our garage door was run into on Monday. Made a call to G Brothers to see if we could get help securing our house. They responded and put the garage door back together enough that it was functional. We asked for a quote to replace the door. Had a quote with in an hour. Reached out to others to check prices. They were all similar in price. After the quick response to the accident, we chose to continue working with them. We asked for a time line to replace the door. We had an appointment on Friday, the same week. They showed on time and completed the install in a very short time. One problem arose, the glass inserts were not on the truck. We were shown the door and told they would go get the inserts and return. We asked if they wanted to settle the bill. We were told "the job isn't finished until the inserts were installed, you can pay when we are done" One if the crew returned within about an hour, installed the panels. We did a final inspection and settled. All of the people we deal with were professional and had great communications. Highly recommended company!"
