"I was expecting to pay around 100-120$ for a full synthetic oil change. I found a coupon and was utterly amazed ...it only cost $76.00. Not only was the price right, the service and friendliness of employees made my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this location (Jewell and Union). It has the hometown country atmosphere in the middle of a big city. My family and I have been servicing all our vehicles here for the past 30 years. They have consistently performed with excellence, and honesty."
"Carter and Forest were absolutely wonderful. Carter helped me set up my appointment and walked me through the options they had for my oil change and brake work. Coming in the next day Forest and his team greeted me. He gave a review of what was talked about with Carter and verified that was what I was looking for. Thank you so much guys! I have a lot of anxiety and this team made me feel comfortable. Can't wait to come back when I need another oil change."
"If you want negligent work done on your car then bring it here. Took my car in for a simple oil change and also had them change a headlight and brake light since they asked. Non the less I get my car back and pay and then go on about life going to work the next two days just to have my car die completely on me at work. Then I open my hood to jump my car and find my oil cap sitting on the edge of the hood where it latches so they had neglected to even put back the oil cap on my engine and closed the hood on it. So needless to say I have them look at my car cause I’m very confused and pissed that my car is now dead in the water and that I had found their negligence of putting my oil cap back on. So they then tell me oh your alternator and battery are both fried completely dead and needs replaced and then starts quoting my on those as if I’m going to pay them more money after in my eyes they are why my car is broken. So couple days go by and their GM calls me back and to me seemed very unprofessional and seemed almost as if he was laughing over the phone as he proceeded to tell me it’s all just a big coincidence that they did negligent work and my car then broke and that they would not be paying for anything on fixing my car. Not pleased at all and I am exploring my options of taking this to court and filling complaints with the better business Bureau against them. Not sure if I’m just dumb but paying $600 out of my pocket to fix my car that I feel a shop’s negligent work caused is just absurd and nobody wants to deal with that."
"I came in for an oil change originally, they had noticed my brake light on and they checked it out. Advised me what I need to do and reassured me of what things are in good shape and what should get replaced soon. They went out of their way to inform me as I am very naive to things like this. They even printed me a quote so I can best understand pricing. Very very nice/ good people!"
"Avoid like your vehicle depends on it. From the manager bleeding brake fluid all over my front rims, to another tech lying about my needing a new brake master cylinder [after I witnessed all four corners bled by the manager, and on my rims], then sending me away with an empty master cylinder, one is better off finding a random tech on Craigslist. Brakes Plus discovered much of what was done wrong and confirmed my suspicions about these Greased Monkeys. I understand franchises, and this one is poorly managed. If only I could give half a star..."
