Initially contacted because the google listing says 24 hrs and the clock was ticking when my son needed to head out in his new RV trailer with his lease up. I was on site trying to diagnose a couple of issues but was unfamiliar with my son's trailer. Joe responded on a saturday from a family event and spent the next nearly 3 hours patiently walking me through a number of diagnostic steps. Found the faulty board and ordered the replacement for the next day. Needless to say I paid the man. I had to head back to my place and couldn't get to the second issue but Joe was ready to come by on Monday to help my son with that and helped get him acclimated to all his systems. Just really solid. Don't hesitate."
