"LG washing machine needed repair. LG warranty recommended I call this place. They took all my credit card information (which I was uneasy about) just to set the appointment, which was 1 week out. Didn't hear from them on day of appointment. Called to find out they lost my appointment & they wanted to set me up for a new appointment in 4 days. Wow. Don't bother with this place. LG can recommend others in the area."

Paid $79.99 for a 5 to 10 minute visit, to tell me it was $600 repair (didn’t mention my refrigerator warranty). No written estimate! Also, Douglas county too far for them to drive. They do not want the business,...next!"

"So apparently I bought an LG Electric Dryer that is too risky for appliance repair businesses to accept a simple door swing change. If LG has you on their list as a certified appliance business would you not expect them to handle just about every kind of service request? Needless to say I will recommend to LG that Colorado Appliance is not on their preferred list any longer."
