"I have a very old, complex AC system from the 70's that recently stopped working. Elkhorn was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! They got me on their schedule quickly and were extremely nice and understanding. The tech took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, provide a detailed analysis, and answer my many many questions. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to ensure I understood his findings and recommendations. Unfortunately, due to company policy they weren't able to repair my system because it uses a shared community boiler. They didn't charge me for the visit, which was extremely generous and much appreciated! Overall, everyone I spoke with was professional, supportive, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Elkhorn to everyone and will use them in the future when I move to a place that doesn't have a shared community boiler!"

"We recently chose Elkhorn to install AC in an existing furnace, a humidifier, make-up air for our range hood, and removed an evaporative cooler from the side of our house. Was a bit of a complex install over four full days. But they swarmed our home with up to six people to get the job done. Mark and Cody were leading the install and they were terrific. They kept me informed, discussed install options, and answered all my questions throughout the process. It was difficult making the purchase decision. But I decided at the end to consider the equipment more or less a commodity and the realized the quality of the system design, installation, and support is. the more important consideration."
