"Customer service is top notch. I left the other place after standing around waiting for help when I quickly remembered Lowe's has the BEST folks in town. I got exactly what I needed for my small electrical repair job and the rep stuck with me until I was good to go."

"Saw a some blinds on clearance, read the fine print on their sticker to ensure I was selecting the correct product. Had them cut to specification and at check out its $60 more than the advertised clearance price. When I inquired I am told by the associate the clearance price is for a particular box only because it's the oldest." So they are telling me the clearance price sticker on the shelf is not for the product itself, just one particular box directly above the sicker and the other boxes of the exact same product either side of it, those are regular price. Here's an idea, dummies. Put the clearance sticker on the boxes and not the shelf you have them all on."

"So. I have been to this location several times. I never can find any help. (A couple of months ago. The guys at the blinds were very nice though. I have to give them 5 stars. ) but other than that not good. I was at self checkout today. I had two items. One of them was toilet paper. The lady overseeing the self checkout was literally breathing down my neck as if I was going to steal something. If you are that worried, stop being a greedy corporation and start opening your checkout stands and pay your help."

"I don’t write a ton of reviews, however I felt it necessary for this occasion. I came to Lowe’s looking for carpet and pad for a home project; not a small one either. We are carpeting 3 bedrooms and a hallway. John was the gentleman that helped me, and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind during the whole process. I took up a solid hour or two of his time and he didn’t complain once. John helped me get a Lowe’s credit card, measured out and wrapped up 4 different rolls of carpet for me, helped me select pad, and then helped load it into the truck too. He also showed me all the little things I would need to get the project done. Very happy with my experience at this location, and would recommend it just based on John’s customer service alone."

"It's a big box hardware store. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have stopped in a few times to mill around and was actually surprised by the selection of gloves they offered. Definitely check out the seasonal sales items. As always your going to pay a minor premium for your basic home improvement and maintenance products but you can usually find the right tools and materials to get the job done."
