It was a bad experience because it was incredibly slow and the 2 other employees were having small talk (not about their broken products) while there was clearly a lady waiting behind me for 60 minutes! Come on! Their systems were dated and slow. Idk what's going on here, but they could figure out a way to be more efficient"

"worst company ever. Total scam, read the fine prints. Got a protection plan that's $80 a fix at cost $200 a year. Fortunately was cover by the Dell protection plans that the sales guy i bought the computer from said didnt exist. So they lied about that too."

I bought a new laptop and six months later I brought it in because the screen has been going black and this is the second time I’ve had it shipped, and returned with the same issue. This time it’s in even worse condition with broken pixels on the screen. This has now been a month of working on it with the issue completely unresolved. I’m not sure I’m willing to wait another two to three weeks just to have it back broken again. This will be the last time I will ever buy a geek squad protection plan. Very dissatisfied."
