Brought my phone in for a repair earlier this year--they lacked the professionalism to tell me they didn't understand the issue and instead wasted four hundred of my dollars and nearly a month of my life. Buy a new phone, don't pay out the nose for their employees' education."

I waited one hour for it to be fixed, when I got home the phone acted up and turned off multiple times overnight. I took it back a second time for a replacement but still is not to my expectations. I regret spending so much money on a generic screen. Receipt that is given states there is no refund, this information should be mentioned at the time of inquiry. Shady business I say."
