They go the extra miles to make sure that everything is properly serviced and let you know if they see anything that needs attention in the future. They also will give you a call to confirm the service costs of parts that are needed to do repairs.They stand behind their work with warranty. "The mechanic at Built to last, that worked on my husbands car, did not do as they were told to do, originally, which was to replace the thermostat, so that the car would no longer overheat. Instead, they reattached some tubes to the coolant pump and said that that was going to keep it from overheating and to call if he kept having trouble with it. They didn't fix what my husband and I had asked them to, and charged him $500 to reattach some tubes and replace the battery. I won't be going to them with car troubles again."
