"Are they even open anymore everytime I go by there closed"

"Family-owned liquor store in the middle of the neighborhood. The owner is amazing!! She is a sweet and caring lady who will do everything possible to help you out regardless of how long you have known her. Unfortunately, the parking is limited due to only having street parking. They do carry a small selection of soda, candy, chips, and other pastry items. You can get a 6 pack of canned soda for $3.75 (mix-n-match). They are kind of expensive when it comes to cigarettes and food items though (regular-size candy bars are $1.50 and Marlboro are $10.50). The hours seem to change depending on the day. Usually, they open no later than 2 p.m. and usually close around 6;30 to 7 p.m. (even on the weekends). I do not drink liquor, so I can't say anything about that price on that.. They do not have an ATM either. Every experience I have had here has left me feeling like I'm at home. She always keeps up with her customers and their lives. Definitely recommend stopping in and saying hi if you are in this part of town. :)"

"Phone is almost never picked up. Maybe 3 times in the past 3 years? Confirmed the number with staff, doesn't matter. Hours are irregular and not posted correctly. You can show up during business hours and the place is locked up tight. Very unreliable. Just tell me once and for all when the place is open and then have it open during those times!"

"Can you believe that the same person (Sylvia) has operated this place for the last 45 years!? I was like, what??? This place might be the smallest liquor store I have ever visited. She is trying to retire, so the store hours are erratic. Closed on Tuesdays for example. I ventured in just to check it out, not to buy booze, by the way. Sylvia is great with customers and a joy to chat with. Go visit one of Denver's iconic stores before she retires."
