"Very very rude the clerk that was in the store that day the cashier was very very rude he tried to even pick a fight he was actually cursing at me a guy with tattoos and glasses and it was very very hurtful because I'm part of the lgbtq communicate and I feel like that he was being racist towards me because of me being a black individual and being gay he was sitting there he was throwing my items at me and the way that he got off he got all so rude you know what I mean to the point where you know he was making threats that he would do something to me he would come off behind the counter like very very rude you know what I mean and to be honest with you I've noticed that in that store whenever that gentleman has been working dead the way that he talks to people you know what I mean like he has no customer service skills or any of that and he shouldn't be working inside the store like that if he has a problem with black people and gay and lesbian community I doubt that the store was very diverse years ago but to be honest with you it's been very very it's been very very intimidating to go into a place and give your money to them and then for them to mistreat you"

"I had been a customer of this store for 6 months. I shopped here at least 3 times a week. The other day a passive aggressive clerk thought I was stealing (I was looking down at my phone due to the line). She said can I help you? The other clerk told her he’s just looking at his phone. When I made it to the front she made a very passive aggressive comment about leaving my electric skateboard and backpack in the front next time (the same clerk had never said anything previously and I had pleasant conversations with her in the past) Her implication was that I was a thief. Sketchy clientele and astaff that treats customers like they’re a problem. I’ll take my business elsewhere - where customers are treated with respect and not given passive aggressive comments by rude staff."
