"Pay attention to your employees and customers. I have asked for sweet and dry vermouth every time I have been in. I signed up for rewards. I enjoy your selection, but I went and spent $400 at total wine because they carry vermouth, bitters, Campari and other staples for craft cocktails. Even went as far as reaching out to GoPuff corporate to let them know and was assured it was being worked on."
"Had been a customer service 1995. I watched Jewell Liquors grow into something special. Unfortunately they are under new management. Since taking over they have destroyed the wine selection, scotch selection, beer selection, pretty much all of there selection!! Hopefully the new owners will change it back? Until then, you would do better to go somewhere else. Better prices"
