"This particular Total Wine & More is the best one in the entire chain. Do you want to know why? Arend. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find a wine similar to the one that I've been drinking and cannot locate. Then he helped me find a mezcal and tequila to try. I had just visited an Agave Spirits Bar and talking with Arend was like talking with the specialty bartender. Arend's knowledge ran so deep about agave spirits! I would like to have tried all of his recommendations and hopefully eventually I will ! Going home to try these! He invited us back to the store for their complimentary tastings which are Thursday through Saturday 2:00 p.m.-7:00pm. I will be back to the store when I need to purchase my Holiday wine, Arend is the manager of the wine department. Thank you Arend!!"

"Total Wine is my go to liquor store. I have always been pleased and appreciative of the great service I have always received. Most of my orders are delivery orders and the drivers are always very courteous. I have made several delivery orders and one item I like is Dale’s Pale Ale. I have found that for some reason when I open a can, the beer squirts out and foams on top. This has happened with several orders. I don’t know if the cans have gotten jostled or what the problem may be. I have bought other beer as well and do not have this problem. I just want to bring this to your attention. Thank you."
