"Honorable apartments. Dirty, unreliable, Constant break-ins for cars and apartments. There was a group of homeless that broke into one of the apartments and lived there for a week or two. Don't live here. You pay extra money to pay rent. Half the amenities don't run. DONT MOVE HERE!"

"Everything about this apartment complex is bad news. From it's management to the actual property. Don't live here if you value quality and respect for your money. Office staff is under educated as they don't input your funds correctly and keep trying to get extra funds out of your for their underserved and frankly ghetto slum of a property. It's filthy but they sure are charging top dollar for bottom of the barrel. Other places of better quality charge around the same for bedrooms and amenities that work. The owner here has been up the skirt of almost every management company in Denver. He is a crook and will be sued again and have to undergo another name change. I got lawyers on this and they are salivating for the payday within this property."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! As other reviews have stated, the complex does not have hot water. Nor do they have a proper maintenance team/communication with their residents. I lived here for a total of 6 months and it was $1,300 a month to live in hell. There were three total instances in six months were random strangers let themselves into my apartment. The sliding glass door fell on top of me twice, it was never properly fixed so I lived not only with no hot water but a constant draft in the apartment during the freezing winter months. They advertise on site laundry-which is absolutely disgusting, your clothes would come out dirtier than before you put them in. They advertise multiple pools on site- both of which are never in use. They don’t properly ice the staircases which causes insane safety concerns in the winter as there are no elevators.THIS PLACE ANYTHING BUT LUXARY. This place is incredibly irresponsible & uncaring about their occupants. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to live here. Pictures are- The pool the entirety of my lease. How maintenance chose to “fix” my sliding door, not on the track, held into the wall with three screens. The blanket was used to diminish the draft. Tenant association aware of the unlawful living conditions. This staircase??? Not even closed off hello that’s an emergency room visit waiting to happen. If I can give you one piece of advise, do not give these people a DIME."

"This is NOT a luxury apartment complex as is stated on their website. We went without hot water for a long time, and there was no communication from the management. Finally a tenant liaison texted me and told me what was happening whenever I needed to know what Maintenance was doing. I would not recommend renting here."

"Horrible complex. Avoid it if you can. Staff is rude and makes it known they don't care about your problems. I've lived here 6 months and hot water is pretty much non-existent. Have complained to staff and all they ever say is we'll get to it. April is the worst " leasing agent". Laundry room is disgusting. I've had to wash clothes twice cause the water smells like sewage. Don't move in here."
