She is patient, she's awesome, she's professional & she'll do everything she can to get you into your beautiful home!! She replies to my emails so quickly. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Maintenance here are AWESOME!! Submit a work order and they'll get to it as soon as they can. If they aren't busy, they'll show up at your door right away. All in all, everyone here are just so kind. I love it here, and you will love it too."

"Extremely Disappointed with The Ranch At First Creek I had a scheduled 2pm leasing tour at The Ranch At First Creek, and I arrived promptly for the appointment. However, to my dismay, the leasing office was closed when I got there. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and left me extremely disappointed. As someone looking for a new place to call home, I expected a higher level of professionalism and reliability from a leasing office. The fact that they couldn't honor a scheduled appointment reflects poorly on their management and customer service. This incident has cast doubts on my perception of The Ranch At First Creek, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to ensure a more organized and reliable experience for potential residents in the future."

"I just moved from Guam, and I love it here so far. Bianka and the other staff were very helpful and informed me on anything I need to know. I rent a 1 bed 1 bath. Unit is in practically perfect condition other than very very minor scuffs on the floor and tiny dinks on cabinet doors and such (which is expected). Parking is okay, but again that’s expected so I’m not too fussed about it. I do notice that there are some cigarettes around the stairs on the floor sometimes which is a bit disappointing that some people just can’t follow that smoke free policy."
