"Ana was amazing. She made moving so smooth. Definitely moving here has been amazing. Looking forward to calling this home for a long time."
"Nice apartment, but management terrible! The main manager onsite is rude and needs some training. I tried talking to her and she interrupted, and had the nerve to tell me to "be quiet and let her talk", I hadn't even finished explaining. I'm old enough to be her mother and the disrespect she showed me was terrible. My lease is up at the end of the month and I'm definitely thinking of looking elsewhere. You have to stand up or forever be mistreated. Management doesn't understand until you take your money elsewhere. Also, the mailroom has been a haven for thieves, I had packages stolen twice and I reported it to Management and their suggestion to me was to tell Amazon and they'll resend. The problem wasn't Amazon, it was the lock on the door wasn't locking. Momentum needs to send rating cards to each of their residents and I guarantee most of the complaints would be about the people in the front office. The maintenance and the groundkeepers are the people who are keeping it together for Momentum cause if it wasn't for them I would gave a zero rating."
"I’ve lived here since January and it IS a nice complex. The amenities are nice, the apartments are nice, but some of the staff make living here not enjoyable. Also some of the rules. The managers have been pretty helpful and nice for the most part. I haven’t had much interaction with the new property manager, but the old one was alright. The maintenance men are great. Very quick and efficient with their work. I personally have no complaints about them. The Mexican girl in the leasing office with the shoulder length brown hair needs to go to customer service school. She is rude and not very helpful. I was using an outlet outside of the building (which you’re apparently not allowed to use, even when you pay $2500/month to live here), and she approached my vehicle and rudely stated I cannot use the outlet and proceeded to take pictures of my license plate before allowing me to even wipe my hands that were wet before touching an outlet. Apparently she doesn’t understand what electrocution is either. I’ve walked into the office countless times with ZERO greeting from her, she just sits in her office. Leasing agents are supposed to represent a property. She doesn’t do so in a very professional manner. The mail room door has been broken for months. Literally MONTHS. So if you work later than 6 when the leasing office closes, you can’t access your mail/packages. Then they charge you if you don’t pick up your packages within a certain amount of time but haven’t fixed the door to allow people who work later than 6 to grab their items. They have called me at work literally accusing me of smoking weed. How am I going to do that when I’m not even on the property? I’m barely even home. I am a nurse so how dare they call me while I’m providing patient care to ACCUSE me of something I don’t do. I’ve never been late or missed a payment when it comes to my rent. My apartment is clean and not damaged and destroyed. You would think they would treat their residents a little better. I’m definitely regretting signing an 18 month lease because I’d give anything to be able to move from here 1/1. I definitely will not be renewing my lease in July."
"I would have to say I’ve been here for a few weeks and love everything about it. They were excited to talk to me prior to moving. It made me feel like family. Once I moved in, they also made me feel like family and anything I needed they gave to me. What stand out is they were responsive immediately and not like other places that take days. I will continue to sign a lease until I buy. Rich. Harbin"
"I've been living here for a about 5 weeks with my family and I just feel comfortable. At first, we didn't know where to stay due during the "department hunting" we have a lot of struggles to find a place to call home until we meet Evelyn at Momentum. I remember when I came there for the first time I felt nervous due my English was not enough to communicate with others but, despite of that, the manager always treat me as any other person and more. Every time we had a issue or a doubt with the department she always help me and send me Marcus, the cool tech guy, to solve our issues. Also, when I have to take a class on the lobby or do some exercise on the GYM they always said me hi and talk to me. All these little details made me always feel welcome but, the attention is not the only positive of these departments. As I already mentioned, I like to do exercise and their GYM have a complete equipment and machines to work for. In addition, the departments are modern and are well equipped. They have everything you need and too much room to place all your belongings and furniture. Also, they allow you to brig your dog or pet if you have one. I have to be honest, the cost are not cheap but believe me that for all I have experienced so far and the attention they offered me, it is totally worth it. I hope this overall review give you the perspective you need and, if you are looking for a new place to live, I really encourage you to visit them and give you the chance to live a place like this."
