"Neighborhood is so quite and it's clean. Verry friendly residents and staff. We love our new apartment! It's so big and spacious. There's plenty of room for our dog to go out and explore as well."
"A great place to live if you don't own a car and have no friends! The parking policy is insane. You can't have anyone over after 7pm unless you buy a guest parking pass. 7pm is literally dinner time so that means no hosting dinner get togethers or holiday parties. And the scumbags over at Wyatts Towing will take any opportunity to tow cars away to then charge $300+ to get it back. I see Wyatts Towing almost every night circling around waiting to tow cars right when it hits 7pm and the apartment management couldn't care less because I'm sure they're getting some of that tow money too."
"Love our experience so far. We have lived here for 2 years and can't complain it's been great. The parking isn't the best but we have a garage so we aren't affected by this. The leasing staff Is awesome and so are Daniel and Erica Cook (apartment life team)they are also so good with all they do for us residents. Quick response time with any maintenance needs. All around great experience."
"3.5 stars due to their parking policy. This is the absolute worse place to live if you have friends and family that like to visit. They can not be here after 7pm without buying them a parking pass. And trust me they will be towed by the crooked Wyatt’s towing. The apartment complex is in bed with them so if you are a loner, this is a great place. Otherwise look for somewhere that likes its residents and can be fair!"
"The apartment itself is fine. Mostly everyone living here are good and mind their own business. The real concerns come with the management, parking, and packages. I've always had good interactions with Michael in person but over e-mail and phone he's a ghost. I have been in the leasing office and they just let the phone ring. I'm sure by now they are deaf to the phone and it is just white noise. My move out process was and has been awful. They have no formal move out process and don't actively keep track. I have yet to get my security deposit back almost 4 months after moving out. Parking is terrible. If you don't live on the most eastern part of the complex next to the Hilton, you may very well have a half mile walk to your vehicle when the lot is full which is anytime after 6 p.m. You are either fighting for a spot within the complex or with the other condos in the vicinity. On top of that, there is a monthly fee to park in the lot. Again, if you're not in the eastern most buildings you almost have to pay that and hope you can find a spot on a daily basis. If you order from anything except Amazon, they will drop your package on the main floor of your building where items can get stolen from. I'm not sure when paying for parcel protection became a thing but it is at Malbec. Also, I just looked at the prices and they jumped nearly 10% in price. That is rent alone, not including the other $150 in water, gas, communal electricity, etc fee they charge. I'm sure the reason is to keep up with "market rates" but 10% doesn't seem justifiable. Apartment itself : 4 stars Gym / Hot Tub : 3 stars Everything Else : 0 stars"
