Hilton Garden Inn Denver South Park Meadows Area 9290 Meridian Boulevard, Englewood, CO 80112

"HGIs are usually the best Hilton franchises, but this one was lacking in many ways. First the digital key never worked, this is annoying, but I can live with it. The bath towels were thin enough to have been mistaken as paper towels and somehow the bath mat towel was wet when I arrived? The sheets were scratchy and needed to be replaced 5 years ago. The pillows were flat and in need of replacement. The mattress was old and not comfortable. The restaurant was closed at night, which again is annoying but I can live with. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. Usually I look forward to the HGI breakfast. This was worse than a hampton inn breakfast and yet cost $16. The price is right, but adding $4.00 per night for parking is dumb; you just look desperate when you do that. If your a hilton person, stay further up the interstate at a nicer Hilton. If your not a hilton person, most of the Marriots are nicer in the area."

"Still a pleasant stay, but this property is definitely dated. I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Longmont, which is obviously a newer property. Current Hilton Garden Inn have more space, bigger, fitness facility, updated rooms and bathrooms and the common area is quite a bit bigger. Surprisingly slow while I was there but you just can't beat this location if you're needing something in the south end of town. I would be careful of the adjoining rooms, unless you have someone, like your kids, that are staying in the room next to you. The doors are not sealed well, and you can hear everything going on. I actually had to relocate to another room because room 227 had a gentleman on his two-way radio at 3 o'clock in the morning and was watching TV very loudly all evening. Heard it all and didn't sleep well. Once I relocated, everything was fine and I will definitely be back. Just a heads up that this is an older property, but still well maintained."

"It 8s super disappointing that they do not clean the rooms, unless you go downstairs and ask. The breakfast is also rather small (and runs out of simple things like pastries) - breakfast is also only until 0900. They do have a small convenience store, with some food choices. The hotel is quiet, the lobby is large and airy. The room feels dated, but is overall comfortable and the rooms are good sized. There is a nice Mexican restaurant right next door, which is convenient as everything else is at least a mile away."
