"The pool is empty. I think that should be made known before you book. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to cancel our reservation, but not knowing about the pool in advance was a huge waste of everyone's time."

"Two nights booked here while I await surgery. We got checked in and paid then she tells us that pool and hot tub are closed for repair. The room has nothing working but one light so I had to find breaker box and turn everything on. The toilet will not stop. The Internet is out. The TV is out. The phones don't work so calling the help desk is not an option. But they have dove soap and they are close to the hospital."

"It was great at the beginning. Very accommodating and then it became as if we were doing them a disservice by staying there. The manager actually came up to me and said that we would need to leave because it was bordering on "extended stay" and if she had any clue what she was talking about she would have realized I was checking out the next day. Not a very good look for IHG"
