The Range at Reunion

"I have never experienced more unit inspections in my life living here under AMC management. 3 unit inspection in 3 months!! Monthly inspections are very intrusive and as passive aggressive as the manager is I do not doubt that she is intentionally looking for unit violations. For what ever reason notices were not posted on doors this time and the email sent on 10/13/2023 went to my junk mail so I did not receive notice of the inspection until my daughter woke up to a strange man in our unit. Had I known what I was getting into I would not have signed my lease. This is just a taste of how poorly managed this property is. The breezeways are disgusting (for the amount of rent we pay), parking is a nightmare unless you have a garage or car port, I've been yelled at by the manager when I disputed charges on my ledger "LEDGERS DONT LIE" is what she shouted at me like I was a child. Human error causes ledgers to lie! That office has made many errors (in my case). Grace has been given on my part, but management lacks accountability. I refrained from posting a review for months now, but when their incompetent means of managing is a constant issue I could not sit back and not say anything any longer. I would give a no star rating if possible!"

"I have been a resident here for around two years and have only had problems with the staff and inspections and fees. Notices are often incorrect and passive aggressively left taped to doors, excluding emails that are often not sent to residents. This can very easily lead to bigger problems because of lack of communication. The staff at the leasing office are CONSISTENTLY rude and lack knowledge of there residents and professionalism. When inspections should be done; it should be noted weeks in advance with proper scheduling and time frames including an email sent to residents. This paper did not include part of the apartment being inspected and did not include asking for entry. Just having animals put away. On the other hand The maintenance staff is great! very respectful, and responsive. A second issue we consistently have is lack of proper traffic control. The entire complex has two stops signs and I have witnessed three accidents with myself being one of them. A third issue is fees that are not included in rent payments, nor included in signing our lease. Our most recent added fee is a CAM fee that came after signing our lease that charges for maintenance for the complex as a whole not including the fee we already pay for the leasing office. These fees are subject to change every month with no warning or reason. Frankly I continue to be disappointed in the team."

"Within 1st month of my daughter moving in there, she had to deal with the roof leaking, dripping water from the master bedroom ceiling in a few places from all the rain. It took several weeks for someone to do the repairs needed. Then once it was addressed, it was actually worse, now leaking in 5 different areas of the ceiling. So now another lengthy wait is ahead before the roofing company will come back to attempt to fix the issue. In the meantime, anytime it rains, my daughter has the pleasure of listening to drip sounds and losing sleep as a result."

"Leasing office was amazing! So helpful and attentive. They made our love super easy and have answered any questions we've had. The apartments thenselved are absolutely stunning. MOVE HERE! It's worth it for you and/or your family."

"I have Lived at The Range at reunion for just under a year now and up until they switched property management I have had no issues. Within the last month AMC has taken over and it has been an absolute disaster since. Mary in the front office who is the Property manager had incorrect rent demands prematurely posted to my door 2 times. Then called my phone with an attitude threatening to send me to the attorneys. I tried informing her that I work in property management and know the laws in regards to demands and she immediately cut me off and tried using my position in the industry as a way to talk down on me. I went in to the office with physical proof that her or her employees have posted legal demands with incorrect information to my door 2 times since she would not let me speak over the phone and again she inserted my job title as an insult in an effort to have some sort of power above me.I let her know that my partner and I have never been late on our rent before and the reason it was not paid was because we were waiting for their new systems to be established but she had no interest in listening. I also informed her that since the take over my partner has not been able to use his password to enter our home nor the amenities we pay for and she responded with a dismissive wave saying “ Yeah yeah yeah have your partner come in then.” I have since then taken measures to get in contact with her superior about her ridiculously rude and abrasive behavior but I just wanted to leave this warning to fellow renters In the area to AVOID becoming the newest residents at Range at Reunion because the new property manager and AMC as a whole have not only completely disregarded housing laws but also do not care about their residents or new property at all. Also there has been a dumpster that is FILLED with furniture and has been for weeks and when I brought that to her attention all she had to say was “we are aware” Which is concerning when I know that in the past multiple buildings have had issues with pest control and now they have the perfect breeding ground and management does not care."
