"The management is rude and unconcerned about tenants and property and Retaliate. I’ve lived here 9 years in July 2022 and the staff we’ve had since January 2021 has been wrongful with the people living here. Towe ur car away, disregard request and a lot of the units I’ve lived in have mold issues and tenants whom get high on drugs and drink alcohol and smoke inside. A lot of conflict and fighting and arguing here. Police on property daily for problems. Besides free housing it’s a really unhealthy place to live and not a place for kids! Really bad place. If u want to live a good healthy and sane peaceful life, THIS ISN’T THE PLACE FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN!"

"Really Holly Park!! This apartment complex is the housing correct?? Which means people here can't afford market rent some of them can't even afford to put groceries on the table and are living day to day. My next question to you is why would you hire towing company that charges almost $400 to release a vehicle towed from a LOW INCOME apartment building. The money you're spending on elite towing which I might add towed my sister vehicle illegally after it was parked in a visitor parking they still towed it and sent her a bill. The money you spend on this towing company needs to be discounted like the rent."

"Absolutely Gorgeous. We just moved into our Brand New two bedroom apartment. My son can finely have his own room. All of these apartments are now brand new, and have brand new appliances, and noone has ever lived in the apartment that you will live in."

"This apartment place use to be pretty bad. A bad place to live and and have children, but they have cleaned up the place a whole lot, from getting rid of tenants to fixing the place up and remodeling the apartments. They really are making this a safe place to live and a safe place to to raise children. The apartments are getting a major make over so their doing a good job at cleaning the place up. I would now like to live here and believe its safe for the children as well, so well done management. Keep up the good work."
