"Horrible leasing agent- insanely rude and unhelpful. Application process difficult as you must edit their pdf and return it as a pdf rather than submit online or fill out and fax. Probably why they are one of the only place in the area with cheap units still available. Service industry and tipped employees need not apply as you won’t qualify — she only accepts what is physically on a paycheck and not the total pay you make. My gross income for one two week period was over $2000 but because my paycheck was less than $900 I didn’t qualify. She was mean on the phone and refused to let me speak to another person in charge or explain to me why I didn’t qualify when I certainly make enough money to rent. Probably a blessing in disguise since when we showed up to see the complex outside the building was cringey and disgusting. Other tenants were rude in parking lot. There was trash and and over flowing dumpster. Would give zero stars if I could. Would recommend finding another “private company” to rent through."

"This is the best leasing staff I have ever dealt with. Any time an issue comes up they make sure to get it resolved fast and efficiently. The two ladies in the leasing office are great, informative and always available. I have lived here for a whole year and don't have any issues they have saved me so many times and always have my back from the start of my lease and I wish everyone could experience the commitment of these ladies even the property management team is great and when you deal with them you can sense pride in their work and how they appreciate helping. If you don't know you should know your leasing staff should be great and are capable of being great and friendly. I am glad to call Pinecrest home. Thanks Cathy and Erika for all your hard work for me and my family!!!! :)"
