"Worse move in ever!!! I should've listened to the reviews, especially David and Steven. As I've experienced the same things they have mentioned within their reviews and my move in date was March 1,2024. Initially, however, it was 2/13/2024. I informed them my previous lease was coming to an end and i had to be out by the first of the upcoming month. My mistake because days later, Rieley in the office emailed me saying the unit I initially applied for wasn't ready due to maintenance being out sick and she wanted to allow them time to complete their jobs thoroughly. I originally applied for a 1 bedroom with WD in unit a fireplace & balcony/patio. I was told the property are undergoing renovations, so all "new" building s have WD and fireplaces in them. The only units that do not are ones that's already occupied by previous renters. THAT IS A BLATANT LIE! Weeks later, I received an email saying I was conditionally approved due to lack of income verification. After a week of her and my supervisor playing phone tag she was finally able to verify in addition to me proving paystubs since i just started my new job. Rieley then contacted me the following day with another excuse for a conditional approval to charge me an extra $500 deposit to move in stating the reason being a walk off on my record so they charged me an additional 1000 deposit to move in. They forced me to come bring the money in before signing lease and said we'd do the signing the day of move in. The day I came to bring money order the office was closed with a note on the door. She then contacted me again saying if I do not bring the money in soon she will be forced to deny my application all together. Although i had told her id contact the property that evicted me to get a written Stament further explaining that situation. Rieley said if i did this, they'd credit me the overpaid portion of the deposit back.Which is skeptical since I had already been approved. A week after this I received another email with a completely new offer letter, move in date, unit number and building number. I picked up my keys today and did not receive anything other than the 2 keys to my front door. No welcome to the community packet, no explanation as to where or if there's a gym or other amenities, also didn't receive a paper to report all damages from previous renters so I'm sure it's safe to assume anything in the unit will be wrongfully charged to me. Not to mention the lady tells me upon arrival the unit is still not ready after delaying my move in an entire month! She asks me to stay out of their way because she had a ton of move ins today and they've been working their butts off all day. When I get to the actual unit, mime and the one directly across from me doors are both wide open and the cleaning ladies are going between the both. A hallway closet door is still off the hinges, a cabinet in kitchen is missing th drawer door, carpet in room in desperate need of vacuum, not to mention no fireplace or balcony or patio. The only thing I have that I was promised was a washer and dryer. I was also told I'd be able to transfer to a unit that has all these things within 6 months, but according to these reviews I can see that was just 2 of many lie tactics used to weasel money out of me. The lady said she awitched my units because she wanted me to have a washer and dryer i just dont see why she failed to disclose this information the moment i asked her! I feel bamboozled, manipulated, and coerced due to the lack of transparency. I just drove back home and cried myself to sleep. Hopefully I'll have a better solution to this nightmare when the sun comes up! Needless to say DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am strongly considering taking this complex to small claims court and filing a class action lawsuit as I'm clearly not the only or first person to have been treated this way and affected by the lack of transparency with this company."
"This will be short because "NOTHING WILL CHANGE DESPITE THE TRUE AND ACCURATE 1 to 3 STAR REVIEWS" this is also my second review in the 3 years I've been living in this slum lord complex! I WANT TO MAKE VERY CLEAR! YES THIS IS MY 3RD YEAR HERE, DUE TO INCREASING RENTAL PRICES EVERYWHERE. still I wish I left sooner! My deepest sympathy goes out to whoever chooses to live in this complex. Work orders will be ignored or marked "completed" but never addressed. Extra charges will appear on your account 7 to 8 months later because of their "the complexes" failure to do their job correctly. Leasing office will say open ONLINE but no staff member is ever in the office. They will refuse to upgrade your units because it isn't vacant, but will upgrade "paint over and put bandaids over to make appearances of fixed or brand new" as if LOYAL tenants don't deserve REAL upgrades. They finally put fences up around property after years of crime and unsolicited people roaming and stealing vehicles, and after doing so they leave all the gates unlocked! For continued access by whoever. The heat doesn't work properly but still charge full rent and utilities. As I'm writing this review the water in building 6 has been off for just under 2 hours but they didn't take the time to inform the tenants. They are a disgrace! IF YOU CAN BY ALL MEANS AVOID THEM! FYI, IM AWARE IT TURNED OUT TO BE A LONG REVIEW. I guess this Is what happens when your venting."
"am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with your leasing process. When I applied for a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit before the specified Friday deadline, I was enticed with the possibility of the first month free. However, after approval, I was shockingly informed that I no longer qualified for this incentive due to the timing of my approval. Despite reluctantly accepting and signing the lease, I now find myself in a situation where the property manager has unilaterally changed the offered unit to a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment for the same amount. This abrupt alteration not only raises serious concerns about transparency but also hints at a level of greed that is unacceptable. I didn't cancel my lease they didn't and they dare to keep my application fees My experience with the management was extremely disappointing. They lured me in with promises, only to change terms after I signed the lease. It's evident their priority is collecting application fees rather than providing a fair and transparent leasing process. Avoid if possible."
