"We've been here about 8 months with only minor complaints. We've seen no pests other than some gnats over the summer. Laundry rooms have an accessibility issue while they recently installed new machines. It's a large well managed garden that is well lit at night, is pet friendly, has a playground, old growth trees, a pool and a small gym. Good access to RTD, but traffic is a nightmare. Trash gets picked up frequently and staff is friendly and helpful."

"These apartments and the management here is absolutely abysmal. To start off, there is a serious issue with packages not being delivered. After multiple complaints and literally thousands of dollars worth of packages never being received, the management here offered no solutions and even went so far as to insist that I was lying about the number of packages I have not gotten. Not so much as even a sign instructing delivery drivers where to leave packages (no shortage of signs advertising lease though of course!) Next, the laundry machines are constantly broken. When issuing complaints to management they merely state that the machines are maintained by a “third party” company. But given the constant state of filthy laundry rooms and disrepair of the machines, at what point does the responsibility lie in the property management? Also, don’t expect to be able to use the pool that is advertised! In summer months the pool is chained off daily, with absolutely no signage or communication to the community about what is going on. Asking property management to communicate with tenants about issues is the absolute BARE MINIMUM that can be asked of management, however even this seems to be far out of the ability of the awful property management at this complex. Completely embarrassing that they continue to run the apartments in such an awful fashion."

"Greentree is pretty good! I had a terrible experience with my last complex and this place is 100x better. All the staff here are super friendly and helpful, from maintenance to leasing office. The gym is clean and has some great equipment. Overall landscape is really peaceful with the nice trees and grass, it's a very cozy feeling. The parking lot isn't huge but I've never really had trouble finding a good spot. There have been times when cars seem to be abandoned in spots and stay there for months which can be annoying. Inside the apartments have LOTS of closet space which is super convenient for storage and general cleanliness. I have had a problem with getting a few things fixed. I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests over the past couple months and nobody has responded or come to fix the problem. Every other resident I've met has been super friendly. But, some people tend to litter which makes it difficult to walk dogs without keeping a close eye, I’ve had to make a few vet visits due to my dog getting a hold of food or things on the ground here and getting sick. Laundry room is my biggest complaint just due to 3 of the 8 washers working and about 2 of the 8 dryers working. The leasing office said they can’t do anything about it because it’s an outside company but when I called the company I was on hold for an hour and didn’t get any help so that’s annoying. Other than that it's a pretty good place to be for the price."

"For the price, Green Tree is great. Good apartments and pretty clean. The manager and staff are very helpful, as they seem to care more about working with you than taking your money. Maintenance was very quick; when our shower started to flood around midnight, somebody was there in 5 minutes and fixed it. Yes our heater wasn’t working during the winter, but we weren’t “freezing.” I doubt they were being negligent, and I honestly did not notice it for awhile, the room kept warm anyways. They’re always making improvements to the complex as well: new parking lots and new landscaping. If this fits into your budget, I highly recommend."
