Yale 25 Station Apartments

"I've lived here for over a year and have had a great experience. The management and maintenance staff make a huge difference and keep things running smoothly. Maintenance is handled professionally and in a timely manner. The building's amenities are nice (gym, club room, rooftop area, etc). I think rent is fair for the average in the area versus what you get. The apartments are in great condition and are well appointed (no cheap appliances/materials). They are also quiet - I don't hear my neighbors. Compared to so many other buildings around the Denver Metro area with poor reviews, complaints of bad maintenance, security issues, and no one caring about the problems residents have - Yale 25 Station does it right! Edit: I previously said you don’t hear your neighbors and that is not entirely true. I’ve had two upstairs neighbors now and the first one I heard a normal and reasonable amount of noise from. The new tenant keeps me awake at night and picture frames rattle on my walls from their footsteps. There’s not much anyone can do about it but that’s the reality of a wood framed building without sound deadening."

"This exact review could have been written at nearly any time since 2021, so no, there are no issues being "addressed." This place is disgracefully managed. The garage doors have been broken all winter, leading to the lobby, garage, and stairwells being used by homeless people to use to do drugs and go to the bathroom. The doors have historically been broken for years. There are, at last count, 6 doors on the first floor that either don't open properly or don't close properly. Residents are routinely accosted by unhoused individuals because, despite the doors not working, ConAm will not do anything to improve security or make the residents feel safe. No, they are not taking it seriously. No, they don't care about our safety or even our FEELING of safety. The management is simply disinterested. I'm guessing they have determined it's cheaper to pay a settlement when one of us gets murdered than it is to....HAVE WORKING DOORS. Every night they go home to places that are well cared for and safe, unlike the paying customers they treat like inmates."
