"This apartment leasing, management and maintenance are very UNPROFESSIONAL, Extremely poor lack in communication/unresponsive to High priority emergency maintenance request, they are not attentive to priority issues. I've expressed my disappointment/disdained in the lack theorof in maintenance handling issues that should been corrected, repaired and fixed prior to my move in date. The entire leasing office has an excuse for every/dumdass reason for their lack thereof in correcting issues on my unit!"
"Outside of the location. It's been a terrible experience. I was forcefully moved out of my unit because I got great deal the year prior so they flooded my unit then gave me a notice to quit forcing me to vacate so that they could rent my unit out at market rate. 2808-01. My unit has been available to rent for a year while I was still living in it. They're putting me in a smaller unit without a garage that I used to have. The management on all levels is horrible and slow. They lack empathy and compassion. They're are just greedy and only care about the money. Ms. Pass the regional manager is just as terrible. I would stay far away from any community ran by High Marks Residential because they don't care about their tenants!"
"It’s been a rough start. The communication from the office people is just terrible! No one reply’s back or calls unless you show up. Getting the lease was a nightmare. Most of the trash shoots are closed off and valet trash has yet to pick up one bag of trash. Elevator 3 that’s closest to our apartment has been out of commission for over 6 months and we learned that from the moving company. Some lady with a golden poodle lets her dog poop on the carpet floors by the packages and just left it there while we were moving our things in The pool was open during our tour & now it’s not nor the hot tubs @night in the side stairwells are guys selling drugsOur front door doesnt have a security lock that works & w/drugs being sold in the stairwells it’s scaryThe doors in our apartment dont actually close right you have to lift the door up to closeSome dog named Yoshie is aggressive and tries to attack and the owners have very little control of the dogThey said he was nice then he tried to attack"
"My experience with my tour was great. I Ioved the property and the agent helping me. But once I submitted my application I felt like I was dismissed and very much receiving the bare minimum. The agents attitude wasn’t as friendly either. When I came to pay deposit, it basically was a drop off and go. I wasn’t even able to see my new place. When I called to pick up keys, I wasn’t given them until 4pm which wasted the whole day. My movers were ready that morning and I had to reschedule them for another day. Upon arriving I was just told to do my lease on my phone as the agent sat and the desk and waited for me to be done. I was handed my keys to find it on my own. I was not even walked over to my new apartment for a walk through. Of course there was significant water damage throughout, evidence was on every wall in every room. I didn’t even feel comfortable starting to move in that evening. I’m really worried about the next 10 months of my lease after this experience. I’ve been to the office at least 3x a week to have things fixed without a single call back from management."
"This review is specifically for 7575 town center, within the town center collection. We originally moved here knowing the management had some major issues but we needed a short term solution for for a shorter commute to work. Upon move in our washer/dryer unit did not function and our hallway smelled like urine, we fixed the washer/dryer ourselves and decided we could deal with the hallway and it’d hopefully be cleaned soon. 4 months later the hallway still smells, we have intermittent water outages (with no communication about them) and have had 3 packages stolen from the package room. While frustrating, these things I could deal with. Unfortunately what I CANNOT deal with is having my car stolen from the “gated, secure” parking garage. The apt complex has not helped despite there being cameras above where it was stolen and above the gate. The theft occurred while the garage gate was broken (door stuck open, an ongoing issue intermittently for months). I spoke with the office directly in person and submitted an “incident report” asking for security footage to be checked and/or released to either me or the police. I was rejected on both requests. The apartment complex has not apologized, refuses to repay the monthly fee we pay for “gated” parking, and has taken no measures. The car was found by the police several miles away filled with drug paraphernalia. More disturbingly, the site the car was stolen from is a 100 ft walk away from the unlocked door into the building. This occurred following several other reported vehicle break ins (one reportedly with guns pulled on the tenant). Management does not care. This is a safety issue. Do not live here. Photos: 1) welcome to your new washer/dryer! The lint collection and broken vent behind ours on day of move in. 2) packages waiting to be stolen (management will not check cameras or put any effort into finding them), 3) broken garage door on day of car theft (to which the front desk told me “well someone couldn’t just walk in the garage with the gate”…….)"
