"Do not bother even touring these apartments. The person who was supposed to show me the apartment was late and texting on his phone the entire time. He could not even be bothered with telling me anything about the apartment. It was a complete waste of time."

"Dayne and Cassidy from Urban American are kind, thoughtful and patient. They made me feel welcome at the Leetonia and helped me through the application process. The apartments have charm and great light, with carpeted hallways which quiet the noise. 100% would recommend. Handicap review: Onsite parking available across the street. Not for wheelchair users as there are many stairs and no elevator due to it being historical building."

"I love living here EXCEPT for the terrible laundry machines. None of them are cared for. 2 of them have been broken since I moved in last year, and the other 2 are on their last legs. Very upsetting and disappointing."

"I moved in about a month ago. The building is very, very old. There are dogs constantly barking all day long. All morning, all day, and all night long. Although they are pet friendly in which I love, my heart breaks for the poor dogs who are stuck inside all day and potentially getting neglected by their owners. The residents here all seem fairly in the younger years, but everyone who I have come into contact with has been very kind. My only other complaints other than the barking dogs would be the small mailboxes, the buzzer not working at the entrance, and the fact that homeless people are able to enter the first set of doors through the lobby. I wish there was some security through that first set of doors, that would be something that should be looked into for the safety of the guests. So far, the management company and employees have been great. Marla and Gina have been absolutely outstanding with their customer service and professionalism. Thank you to Urban American! ❣️"

"I currently live here and I would like to give a public warning to anyone who is considering living in this building. If you choose to sign a lease be prepared to endure the following without a care from management. - Rodent infestation -No heat in the winter -Heat on hot days (They don't understand how to work the boiler and have given up.) -Lack of concern for tenant safety -Poor response to critical maintenance requests ( my neighbor waited 3 full days before they came to repair the toilet) -Homeless and drug addicts sleeping in the lobby -Poorly maintained laundry machines -A maintenance staff that is rude an apathetic. I wish I had known this before I moved in. Beware potential renters!"
