"The property managers in Lincoln Pointe Lofts in Englewood are unprofessional they belittle a number of tenants live there I have asked to speak to a regional manager a number of times and get no response back. I can not get help with maintenance or renewal of my lease"

"I would never move here! I can’t wait until my lease is up. The management and office staff are rude, unaware of the lack of communication they need to have. The building has no accessible parking, wheelchair appropriate buttons, it’s always covered in pet feces and generally a terrible place to live they always remove the real genuine reviews but the complaints are valid. I believe the office staff is the worst part of the building, they used to have a nice gentlemen until the manager that’s in charge now ran him off. Someone should look into who they hire."

"Ive been wanting to get this out .We have lived here as of April , to say Dominik has helped us along the way is an understatement. I had kind of an unexpected move and was bouncing back from the strain COVID had on my life and familys. We ended up having to move sooner than later and Domonik helped us from start to finish. He is so caring , thorough, honest , thoughtful and I couldn't have ended up in a better situation. My son and I love it here and are so grateful. Dominick has been so proactive in making sure we have everything we need and our maintenance had been up to date. Units are cute with brick accent walls. People are nice. Hes always getting things done . I'm really grateful for the place we have.We're starting this new chapter of our lives here. My situation was looking like the impossible but Jesus sent us to Lincoln Pointe Lofts and I won't ever forget this. It's everything my son and I need. Great location and I feel safe here and we're happy to call it home ❤️Thank you !!!"

I wish every property management company would hire managers universally with the same type of care! If it was in my power as a resident, I would have her back at my small community where I live."
