Camellia House

"I moved into this building in March of this year, and the experience has been highly positive. The building is an old one with interior renovations. The location is amazing, close to crucial points of interest. It is the first time I have lived in a historic building, and it is beautiful to have the experience, since it has given me vibes of Colorado and its historic architecture. Considering that it is an old and renovated building, it is clear to say that there are some inconveniences at times, but this is resolved effectively by Erika, and the team that manage and work at this property. Erika is a phenomenal community manager, she is extremely kind, cordial, and I can see how she works hard to keep the building in good working order. I am very grateful for this. I highly recommend this building, thank you Erika and the team for always such warm attention."

"I’ve lived in many different apartments with very mixed landlords/management and I have to say Erica and her team have been the best so far. They keep the building extremely clean, are effective communicators and really go the extra mile to make sure their tenants are happy. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The location is prime and if you snag a spot on the 6th floor you may have a beautiful view of the Capitol building like we did! Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it will have older windows, etc., but the renovated kitchen and floors (no carpet) are great! My partner and I both share a 1 BD/1 BA and have had no issues with storage, etc. The layout is very spacious. You get what you pay for and get to live in a very convenient location. I can’t recommend this place enough."

"Brian and Erika are so nice and helpful! They really care about the property and the tenants. They make sure everything is clean, maintenance is taken care of quickly, snow is always shoveled, trash is picked up, etc. For the price this is a great place to live!"

"I lived at the Camellia House for four years. The property management team, Linda, Erika, and Brian, made staying here one of the best places I have lived at. They all would go above and beyond to maintain the building and help us feel safe. Erika, who I hope takes over Linda’s position, is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. It’d be nice to see Linda pass her job on to a person who cares so much about the building. If we were not moving out of state, we would have stayed here longer."
