"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management admittedly stole $2000 worth of property from my apartment and have only given me an apology. They admitted to entering my apartment before the end of my lease and "threw away" my bike and patio furniture. You will never be able to get a hold of management unless you go down to the office. Before I moved in, I could not get my lease to sign. I called and called, before moving across the country, to no answers. I emailed and still no response. As I was in the middle of moving across the country I get a call that my apartment will not be ready for another 5 days. I had to rent a hotel and pay extra to keep the Uhaul for an extra 5 days. Then when I finally got my lease it was not the apartment I had agreed to. I picked a more expensive apartment because it was the top corner unit. When I brought this to the attention of the leasing office they laughed and told me that it is my apartment now. I asked about me paying extra for the nicer unit they said it didn't matter. I had locked in my price. Against my better judgement I moved in anyways. Upon inspection of the apatment, there was mold in cabinets. The carpets were not cleaned and the shower leaked onto the floor. I notified the office right away that the water from the shower leaked down the bathtub leaving the laminate warped. They told me to just watch the water and try to stop it from pooling and there was nothing they could do about the laminate. Within a few weeks I received a letter on my car saying I was parking in another resident's parking spot. When I went to sort this out with management they said they didn't keep track of parking spots so they could not be sure they didn't double up handing out parking spots. My new parking spot was underneath the spa pipes. When the spa broke, the pipes leaked onto my car leaving a permanent spot on my car. The elevators are constantly out of service sometimes both at the same time. They have claimed they are updating them since I moved in there. However they have not updated them, but did manage to update the lobby and a model unit. The model unit will not be what you are renting at all. The doors lock automatically when you shut them. They are supposed to have a spare key in the office, however when I locked myself out one time they did not have my spare key and I was forced to call a locksmith. The washer and dryers never work. Luckily those were changed out. However, when they did change them out they did not communicate with the community until after the washers and dryers had been removed. We were without notice and without new washers and dryers for a few days. I was so unhappy that I was willing to break my lease and pay an extra months worth of rent to be able to leave this place."
"If I could give zero stars I would. This place takes one step forward and two steps back. WHY would you "remodel the lobby" when you don't even have a functional call box?!?! When you come and tour this place, use your eyes, not your ears. These people are used car salesmen. They will say anything to get your money, and, then, you're stuck here. The elevator situation is NIGHTMARE and it just keeps giving. Think about whether or not you'll need an elevator when you move. I could sit here and write a novel about my bad experiences here. If you can afford to, move anywhere else."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! There are literally so many things that I could write about what went very wrong living here only a few months. "Management" is completely useless. Not one person there knows anything about anything. And they are constantly contradicting eachother and making major, major mistakes. They not only lost record of me all together AFTER I signed my lease and moved in, but constantly messed up fees and payments I made and I was told things were sent to collections the day after it was put into the portal, not being due for multiple weeks. Painfully completely incompetent is the nicest thing I can say about this place. I mean the usual of elevators always broken, horendous smell especially in laundry areas and constant (multiple times a week) water shut offs. PLEASE save yourself the pain. Do not move here you will absolutely regret it and it will cost you as it d id me. Broke my lease which cost a ton but well worth it to not live there anymore."
"I've lived here for almost 2 years and it keeps getting worse. I have lost hundreds of dollars due to negligence on the part of management, for example continuing to charge me for a parking spot I relinquished or overcharging rent and then refusing to rectify this when I noticed and sought help. It is almost impossible to get a hold of management for issues. They don't answer emails or phone calls and insist you have an appointment to come to the office. Staff is swapped out so often that no one knows what's going on or how to help. Maintenance issues such as heat or broken elevators are frequent and not kept up with, plus the pool and hot tub are often out of order. If you do have an emergency you had better hope that it's within business hours, because if you call the emergency number they will file a request for you but apparently there is no one actually on call. Security is no help either and recently we've had issues with packages being opened and stolen despite being required to pay for package lockers. Do not move in here unless you're seeking to be inconvenienced."
"I deeply regret moving here. lots of things aren’t maintained, homeless people go into the garage and wonder around and break into cars and when I told security about it they didn’t do anything. The management are hands down the biggest issue here. They wont read emails unless I go down to the office and make them open them. There have been numerous small issues that could have immediately addressed but since they refuse to read emails the issues drag on for weeks. There have been a number of erroneous fees added to my account that has taken months to get taken off. the elevators are constantly broke. The washroom floor is constantly covered with water creating a dangerous slippery surface because the machines are constantly broke and leaking. The fire doors that are supposed to be closed to prevent fires from spreading are proper open or just broken and hanging from the hinge. The garage doors are constantly broken. The call box in my building doesn’t work. The hot tub heater was leaking gas or had some sort of issue that for months we had to pay 50-100 per apartment extra because. I didn’t have a working microwave for the first three months. I didn’t have a mailbox for the first 2.5 months because they never gave me the keys and then they said the new locks were back ordered. You can just buy them at the hardware store BTW. I ended up having to have the mail person open the main panel and she removed the lock from the back and I had to install the new lock myself. The payment portal is constantly having issues and I have incurred late fees because of it. The other reviews here are accurate, I wanted to think it was just some isolated incidents but its all systemic issues."
