"Very comfortable and convenient complex. Top notch service. We are grateful to live here. There are amenities (billiards, swimming pool, grill, recreation room, work room), large yard. If something breaks, you leave a request and they respond and repair it very quickly. We are grateful to live here."

"Honestly, if you are paying anything more than $1500 for an apartment, I am doing you the biggest favor by telling you to NOT MOVE HERE. Being completely unbiased, this is a terrible apartment complex all over. I promise you this is not a luxury building by any standards. I wish I only had one complaint, but there seems to be a new issue here every week. This place is dirty and is not well kept at all. The elevators are constantly down. Management is hostile, and very unhelpful. I personally know five people who have had cars and motorcycles stolen here!! Packages get stolen as well. I wish i never signed a lease here, as it has been the worst complex I have ever lived in. I wish I was lying but this is the most honest review I could come up with for this place lol"

"Construction of the building is concrete so noise is hardly ever an issue. The apartments are generous in size with well laid out floor plans. The building amenities are well maintained. The pool could be a little warmer. The Lifestyle, maintenance, cleaning and leasing staffs are polite and responsive. There are 4 elevators, one doubles as a freight elevator. One or two go out of order quite frequently, making wait times long. I am on a lower floor with garage access, so this does not affect me as much. The exterior entrances and elevators have key fob locks. The biggest problem, the same as any community living situation, is with the tenants. People can be ignorant and disrespectful no matter how much money they have. Overall, I enjoy living here very much and the staff does their best. Unfortunately, some people just suck."

"Been here for over a year and a half and haven’t had one issue. Nice quiet community, great residents and staff. Amazing pool area, nice gym. All amenities are new. If facing west, amazing Mountain View’s. Beautiful views on the opposite side also. About 15-18 minutes from the heart of downtown but far enough away from the craziness. Would def. recommend to a friend."

"Do not let the negative reviews turn you away. This place has been 10x better than previous apartments, especially regarding responsiveness to problems. The Leasing team is available and responsive. They are always holding events for residents. Small but nice gym. We have had to submit for some maintenance issues and they are always quick to respond, especially for emergencies and have such nice staff. We have never felt unsafe in this building or area, and the building is very nice. The location is unbeatable."
