"Dove Valley Apartments has been the best apartment experience that I've had yet! The staff helped me pick out the perfect apartment for my daughter and I, as well as a garage near-by. We're right next to the playground and basketball court and got an amazing price as well! The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I didn't think I was ready for this much of a step up, but Dove Valley made it happen. I'd highly recommend this community, 10/10!"

"When I first came in to sign my lease Aranza and Gina were very helpful and guided me through setting up the Exel billing. The property is clean and the area is pleasant. The recreation area has a swimming pool and a hot tub as well as a workout area. There are couches and coffee for people that go to the guest house and a game room. Overall very satisfied with the experience thus far!"

"The staff here have always been helpful. But it was rough in the beginning with neighbors being nosy and complaining about normal noise. As time went on the complaints stopped and I started liking being here. I love my apartment but I don’t love that my rent is never the same from month to month. With all of the extra fees that are tacked on it’s very overwhelming and ridiculous. I won’t be resigning a contract for that reason and also the rent increase. But if I ever needed to rent again I would definitely consider Dove Valley Apartments. The property is beautiful and safe."

"***Edit to say: I was let out of my lease and thankfully never have to see this apartment again.*** Just moved into Dove Valley a week ago, sight unseen from across the country due to work. I wish I had visited so I could’ve made an informed decision, but I can’t change it now. Pro’s: Aranza in the leasing office is so nice and was super helpful during the move in process. The community seems safe and is in a quiet area (besides some street noise and the occasional plane). Apartments look updated and good from afar. It’s in close proximity to stores and things. Con’s: Upon receiving my keys I noticed the apartment was in shambles. A hinge on cupboard in the kitchen was completely rotted out and when I opened it, it fell apart. The countertop has water rot and is peeling back. One of my shelves in the pantry broke and fell when I put one thing on it. The entire apartment looks like it got the “landlord special” and was haphazardly spray painted to cover the underlying dinginess. My hot water heater wasn’t turned on so I had to have maintenance come by on day 2 (he was super nice and apologetic). There is no sound insulation and I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbors take as if they are stomping, which keeps me up at all hours of the night. I’m sure I’ll grow accustomed to some of these things, but overall just so disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and that I am now stuck here for the next year. Update: Maintenance came and fixed as much as they were able to in the apartment, making it much more feasible to stay. Additionally they have a 30 day guarantee that if I do want to leave, I can, which is reassuring. Overall just the kindness of the leasing office in a hard time has made my experience here better, which is why I updated my review."

"We moved into the Dove Valley apartment complex recently and have been very impressed with every element of the property here! On arrival, the apartment was clean and ready to go - any missing items were addressed quickly and resolved upon move in. The complex feels very safe, clean, and quiet. Amenities are great as well! The icing on the cake here is the staff - shout out to Aranza and Sandra - they are exceptional!"
