"It’s sad that my family wasted their time to not see a unit because of a key fob and I believe color. I called earlier in the day and tried originally to change the time of the showing but the person told me they had other people with showings so there wasn’t availability. I showed up waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come down and greet us. Fast Forward>>>> When the key Fob didn’t work, I was told to call back and try to set and appointment the next day. When I asked what availability she had conveniently had availability anytime that day and the next day. I never even got a call back to let me know when and if the fob started working or to see the apartment in general but I should’ve just went off of the original reviews. It wasn’t a problem I caused so I shouldn’t have had call them to reschedule. It’s seems to me that this is a racist community and it’s sad it took her to see my family to not do her job."

"I really appreciate Denise for taking care of us, and the great communication from her in regards to renewals, maintenance request follow ups, and general questions/inquiries. Terry, who is the lead Maintenance guru, is also super knowledgeable and friendly, and is quick to respond to maintenance requests as well. Both persons are easy to be around, and work hard to make Parkview Towers as good as it can be for us tenants. Recently, all of the laundry equipment in the wash room was replaced with brand new machines, and the landscape plus outside lounge/grill area completely re-done; it looks awesome. Will will miss Parkview Towers when we finally move on to the next stage in our lives, which will be outside of Denver, and have built fond memories of this place over the last 2+ years. Please consider this review, as it is coming from a person who is very genuine in their remarks. While others may not have had the best time (based on their reviews), I believe you get what you put in, and they may not have been the best tenants either. Yes there can be difficulties, but that is true of any apartment space. You can do a whole lot worse than Parkview Towers. It is nestled in a quiet area of the City, near several parks, shopping, and along Hwy 285. There is also a full scale hospital and ER basically across the street (a few blocks north; ~ 5-10min walk). Last, there are no hidden fees, and the deposit is very manageable. "Privacy, mostly. Nice maintenance guy. Management is mostly awol, but there haven't been any major issues so that kind of works for me. The bathroom doesn't have a window so that's not great, but bioclean and sage do their jobs. Just about everyone has a dog or cat, so if you like animals it's a great apartment."

"The apartments are pretty, but the landlords are... Well, very much the stereotype. Soulless corporate types that only care about running things as cheap as possible. Case in point: The A/C for this entire floor is broken. It has broken down every couple days, over and over again, for the entire year, including the summer. But, rather than actually fix or replace it, they just force the poor maintenance guy to jury rig/reboot it until it turns on again for a little while. Then it breaks again, they claim they can't find a repair company (in Denver??), and they jury rig it again for a bit. Repeat ad infinitum. So effectively we only have A/C around 60-70% of the time at best. ... Until yesterday! When the thing finally went kaput for good. Now that it's truly broken to the point that they can't jury rig it, they can't rent apartments on this floor anymore. Coincidentally, there's a repair guy coming to look at it tomorrow. Funny how that works. On the bright side, they've raised rent by over 25% (!!) since January, despite the broken appliances. So this place is great if you want to pay more for less, like any sensible person. (But for real, please don't rent from Four Star Realty.)"

"I scheduled a showing just recently and when I arrived there was NO ONE there. I called and then was told they had no record of my showing despite the fact that I had received texts from their company reminding me of the showing. I waited for 29 minutes while a manager rushed to show up. Both of the gentlemen I dealt with were incompetent. The apartment was dirty and the door look like it had been chewed on. They lied about their prices being cheaper than others in the area. Overall just unprofessional guys who clearly have no idea what they are doing. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
