"I just moved in a month ago and the carpet was not clean when I moved in. I can’t walk around barefoot or in socks. There are hard crusty spots and I tried to clean them by hand but it made me gag. I have struggled with what to do for a month and have looked into renting or hiring a company to clean it, why should I have to do it? I decided to mention to the manager’s office. Someone should be checking on whether or not the carpet cleaning people are doing their job. Otherwise I love the place, it has a lot of windows which I wanted coming from a house. There is a nice mix of a community of people. Lots of kids which is fine with me. The manager had my carpets cleaned. It is much better."
"Me and my roommates were very excited to live in this complex and it was the one we were most interested in. However, when we tried to set up to tour the unit and get the application process started, we began to speak with the property manager and would never consider moving into this complex again. She was incredibly rude and was not at all interested in answering our questions or listening to us. I understand that there are rules and complexities about renting an apartment and moving from another state so I do not fault her for those issues, but the way she spoke to us and treated our conversation was disrespectful and rude. The property manager is the first experience of a complex so it is disappointing that she was unprofessional and unhelpful."
"I was at this community for 11 years and was present during a lot of changes. While they spent millions in renovations, they cut corners and I had problems with plumbing and pipe leaks causing repairs to my ceilings. Many of their upgrades are for visuals creating the idea that this is an upscale property, which it isn’t. The Maintenance staff is helpful and friendly. The current property manager is rude and unkind, and is more concerned about getting her bonus every month for rentals instead of being a compassionate property manager who is there to serve the members of the community. The community is often messy with landscaping debris everywhere from kids who chose to throw rocks and move trim around the property, along with leaving their toys (bikes, scooters, etc…) and despite the lease stating kids are not to play in common areas, I often dealt with kids playing in front of my door. Of the 11 years on property I dealt with vehicle break-ins at least twice a year. Vehicles are always getting broken into. While the community cosmetically looks nice, it’s not worth the fuss when you have a community manager who is someone that needs an attitude adjustment."
"We've been living here for 4 years now and love the community. We've transferred a few times from units during the renovation process and the team in the office was very helpful in the time allowance to do so. Once most of the renovations were completed, the rent did go up a bit more than I was hoping for in one year, but it was manageable. We've never had a problem with maintenance and they have always come quickly when needed, which thankfully isn't that often. These apartments are located in one of the best areas just outside of Denver, keeping you in the middle of everything without having to deal with the big city life."
"I have lived in 2 different apartments here, and I have had mostly good experiences while living here. The management is very nice and always has get togethers for the residents at least once a month. Maintenance is usually very responsive, although a few times we had to call them multiple times to fix something. There is construction, but they are good about e-mailing about if the construction will affect parking and such. Parking is sometimes slim if you get home late and don't pay for a covered parking spot. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience living here and would recommend it to someone who is looking for an apartment."
