"I lived here for over a year and have no complaints. Great location. Very close to public transit. I had a 1 bed, 1 bath. Great size, great price. Everything worked and if something needed fixing the manager always got to it as soon as he could. Never more than a couple days wait. He was always very chill and respectful of my schedule. I couldn't hear my neighbors for the most part, and I never had any problems with pests (which is a big deal for me!) The halls could be cleaned better, and it would be nice if some of the tenants were a bit more respectful with keeping the hallways a little cleaner and not have their kids running around screaming in the evening (I think this only occured on my floor with new tenants). But it really wasn't bad and what apartment is perfect, really? If I hadn't moved out of state I would definitely still be living there. :)"

"I visited my friend here and she has a nice cozy apartment and her own parking space. It was pleasant. Nothing extravagant. Great for the price."

"DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My best friend just moved out of this building,and I can't even tell you how awful it was for her.I am so glad she made it out safely,the whole building is infested with bed bugs and insects.They leave the front door and the back one open all the time,so all kinds of critters get into the building.We found rat droppings in the hallway,not to mention the carpet is full of big nasty stains.The place smells like urine and cigarettes,they should turn it into a homeless shelter.A lot of the people living there are drug addicts or ex cons,the owner does not hire anyone to clean the building that is why it is filthy! The manager is very creepy,FEMALES BEWARE he was always hitting on us and other women in the building so gross.There are a lot of fights in the building on the weekends,mostly from all the drug addicts and their friends.Don't waste your money,it is also not safe at all."

"Well I recently moved into the Vida apartments and other than the entrance needing some serious upkeep I don't have complaints overall. The place is relatively quiet & the elevator needs an overhaul. As for management....well I can't complain."
