"Larimer is under new management and so far, they seem to be doing a great job reaching out and making sure everything is working and everyone is happy. Great location, great value, and Lekker's coffee shop and Himchuli's restaurant and Campo Juice downstairs are amazing."
"Tried contacting them about availability, no one answers or returns calls. Huge issue in the state of Colorado. Update: After they wrote that message below I called again someone answered and said they would call me right back. It's been 2 weeks... I don't think he's calling back."
"Please trust all of the other reviews here. The building itself isn’t bad but management is completely nonexistent. My dishwasher broke down 4 weeks ago and I haven’t been able to get a response let alone any actionable solution. The same thing has happened with a few other minors issues - they simply don’t care about you at all."
"When it's time to renew your lease, expect your parking to double in cost and your base rent to go up by 10%. Update. I forgot to add the light construction noises that they mention to you. Which translates to I hope you love jackhammers going off below you the entire day."
"Up until today I was pretty happy here, but the maintenance guy hit on me and when I told him I wasn't interested, he kicked me out of the flat we were sharing (I just found out this was not with Management's consent, and a violation of his lease), and illegally put my belongings downstairs in the lobby when I was already making arrangements to move myself and the children peacefully. I know for a fact he slacks on maintenance projects in the building, takes naps during the day and then stays up til 4AM finishing projects. The restaurant and staff downstairs are great, the location is great but I thought it super weird that 6 or 7 units were open in a building that looks that nice. If you are single and female I would just avoid the maintenance guy GB, and make sure you have hard contracts from JLE itself and not just the word of staff."
